The terms that govern your use of ciif.africa. Last updated: 12 July 2026.
ciif.africa is operated by Creative Industries Initiative for Africa (C.I.I.F.A.) Limited ("CIIFA", "we", "us"), a company registered in Nigeria at 4B Onikoyi Lane, Parkview Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This website is the public home of CIIFA and its programmes. It exists to inform, about our programmes, projects, facilities, events and partnerships, and to connect you to the right people. Nothing on this site is, by itself, an offer capable of acceptance: programme admission, facility bookings, sponsorships and partnerships are each concluded under their own separate agreements.
The content of this website, text, design, graphics, logos and programme names (including CIIFA, CBA for Africa, The Skill Pool Initiative, the Creative Career Fair and the CIIFA SafeHouse), belongs to CIIFA or is used with permission (for example, marks of the Creative Talent Foundation and of our partners). You may browse, download and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, reproduction, scraping, republication, commercial use, requires our prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, probe or overload our infrastructure, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate CIIFA or others, or use the site for anything unlawful.
The site links out to programme platforms and third-party services (and loads fonts from Google Fonts). Those destinations have their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate, available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties about the site and its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIIFA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Liability arising under a programme, booking or partnership agreement is governed by that agreement, not these terms.
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms as the site and our programmes evolve; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
