What it is

The Skill Pool is the talent infrastructure underneath everything CIIFA does. It maps the creative industries into six sectors, three tracks and six levels: over 108 learning pathways, so that skills are structured, verifiable and portable across the whole ecosystem.

Climb with badges. Every level earned is a verified badge employers and programmes can trust.
Careers, mapped. 45 sub-industries and 127 career ladders show the real routes from learning to earning.

Where it leads

Skill Pool levels plug directly into the rest of the ecosystem: badge-holders surface at the The AMEDI Festival The Investors Session, feed into CBA for Africa and the Enterprise Programme, and build a profile that travels with them.
